Access to and use of the Aurora Travel website is permitted only upon acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the website. Any interaction with Aurora Travel, including bookings and correspondence, confirms that you are at least 18 years old and fully agree to these terms. These rules are established to protect the interests of all parties.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the resort or service provider. Prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details. Please review this carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit amount varies depending on the total cost of your holiday and will be clearly stated during the booking process. Full payment must be received according to the payment schedule provided in your booking confirmation. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Final payment is due 60 days before your departure date for all bookings. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. We will send you a reminder before the final payment is due. If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment systems. All payments are processed securely. For bank transfers, please allow sufficient time for the payment to clear before your payment deadline. Additional charges may apply for certain payment methods.
When making payments through our secure online payment gateway, your financial information is encrypted and processed through industry-standard security protocols. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. You will receive an immediate confirmation of your payment transaction. Please ensure that your browser is up to date and that you complete the payment process without interruption.
